2.1 Product Characteristics

• Loose Leaf Tea: Subject to strict shelf life requirements (clearly marked on packaging)
• Teaware: Fragile items requiring special handling (see Section 6.3)

2.2 Storage Requirements

Customers must store teas in:

3. Order Processing

3.1 Tea Freshness Guarantee

Orders ship within 24hrs of blending/packaging. Batch numbers track production dates.

3.2 International Tea Orders

By purchasing, you confirm:

• Compliance with destination country's food import laws
• Responsibility for customs/duties
• Understanding of possible agricultural restrictions

4. Liability Limitations

4.1 Tea Consumption

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to natural ingredients
• Interactions with medical conditions
• Improper brewing/storage resulting in quality loss

4.2 Teaware Use

• Heat-resistant items have maximum temperature ratings
• Handwash-only items clearly marked
• Natural material variations (clay/wood) are not defects

5. Prohibited Uses

Specifically forbidden:
5.1 Reselling teas as "private label" without authorization
5.2 Using teaware for non-food purposes
5.3 Reverse-engineering tea blends

6. Shipping & Handling

• Vacuum-sealed packaging used for freshness

6.2 Damaged Teaware Claims

Must report within 72hrs of delivery with:

1. Unboxing video
2. Photos of packaging/item
3. Batch number documentation
